Haridwar – Barkot (220 km / 7–8 hrs)

Arrive in Haridwar and proceed towards Barkot via Mussoorie. En route, enjoy the view of Kempty Falls, a scenic stopover for photos and refreshments. Continue driving through winding mountain roads as you reach Barkot, a serene hill station and base for Yamunotri. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. The day is at leisure to acclimatize. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Barkot.

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (Drive + Trek)

After an early breakfast, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti. From here, begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri, either on foot, by pony, or doli (at own expense). Upon reaching the temple, take a dip in the thermal springs of Surya Kund and offer prayers to Goddess Yamuna. After darshan, trek back to Jankichatti and drive to Barkot. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / 4–5 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed towards Uttarkashi. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit the Vishwanath Temple, one of the most famous temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in the region. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, preparing for the journey to Gangotri the next day. Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Upon reaching Kedarnath, check in at your accommodation and proceed to the temple for evening aarti and darshan. Biometric registration and e-pass (if required) must be completed as per Uttarakhand Government rules.
Helicopter services for Kedarnath or VIP Darshan passes must be pre-booked and are subject to weather and availability.
All tour changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing through email or official channel.
Travel insurance covering high-altitude illness and medical evacuation is strongly recommended.
In case of unforeseen weather, natural calamity, or temple closure, alternate arrangements will be suggested, subject to feasibility.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email only.
The initial booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
For cancellations made 30 or more days before travel, up to 25% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations made within 15 to 30 days, 50% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure or no-shows will incur 100% retention.
No refunds will be offered for unused services once the journey begins.
In case of natural disasters, roadblocks, or temple closures, refunds will be processed after evaluating third-party refunds.

Misconduct, non-compliance with tour instructions, or involvement in illegal activities will lead to termination without refund.
